About the event

Based on Marsha Linehan's Dialectical Behavior Therapy, this set of skills is the basis for all other coping skills.  The ability to be fully present (not ruminating about the past or worrying about the future) without judgment combats depression and anxiety and facilitates peace.  This group prepares the participant for the option to continue in the other coping skills modules (Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectivenes.)  It is currently offered only to Wisdom Path clients by internal referral from their therapist.  The group meets weekly Wednesdays 10-11 am from June 3- July 8, 2020.
